JESSICA KREMA, MSW, LCSW INTAKE COORDINATOR
I approach my client work with genuine warmth, empathy, and humor. Through a compassionate lens, I hope to build and create a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. It is important to me to create a safe and empowering environment for my clients so they are best able to explore their experiences, thoughts and feelings. As a therapist, I find the most reward in helping others find their strengths and use them to increase confidence, direction, and purpose.
I have extensive history working with children, families and adults from diverse environments. My background includes intensive work within communities, schools and the child welfare system. I have specific experience in areas of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma and couples therapy.
I practice with an integrative style, utilizing modalities and theories ranging from:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Psychodynamic Therapy
- Strength-Based Therapy
- Play Therapy
- Family Systems Therapy
- Attachment-Based Therapy
Out of the office, I most enjoy playing with my pup Georgia, knitting, going to sporting events and long walks by the lake.
