Emma Kravitz, MSW, LCSW
I am a therapist dedicated to seeing my clients flourish through their journey of self-discovery. I believe that each person thrives when they feel seen, heard, and has a strong sense of self and belonging. I enjoy working with people of all ages, groups, and backgrounds. I work hard to foster a sense of worth and meaning when working with youth and young adults. My specialties include anxiety, depression, OCD, family relationships, parent support, self-esteem, and women’s health.
I provide a compassionate, feminist, and client-centered approach to healing. I understand the unique challenges women face—whether related to mental health, reproductive experiences, trauma, relationships, or societal pressures.
I believe in taking a collaborative approach to help you formulate your goals for therapy. Together, we will process the challenges you have experienced, discover your strengths & aspirations, build skills to help you achieve your goals, and create appropriate support systems to help you develop healthy lifestyles to set the foundation for life success. I always strive to see things through the lens of my clients and help you build off your strengths to explore meaningful change.
As a clinician it is vital to meet clients exactly where they are as we process thoughts, experiences, and emotions with the purpose of improving well-being in your daily life. I provide a warm, empathetic, and authentic therapy environment. I utilize various therapeutic modalities including:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
