Jacqui

Jacqui McLoughlin, MSW, LMSW

I meet my clients where they are now, and provide a warm and supportive environment for those working through anxiety, depression, OCD, and women’s health. My person-centered and non-judgmental approach has supported clients in every stage of life, including adults adjusting to life transitions, setting career goals and professional exploration, and exploring family therapy. My experience in elementary school, therapeutic high school, and residential settings enables me to offer children and teens an open, safe, and affirming space to address anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, LGBTQ+ matters, and neurodivergence.

As a RYT-200 registered yoga teacher, I’m passionate about incorporating mindfulness techniques when they may be helpful in managing symptoms of anxiety, stress, and burnout. My clients would describe me as empathetic, insightful, and open-minded. As your therapist, I support you as the expert in your own life, and build a collaborative environment to explore and work toward your goals.

I use an integrative blend of clinical modalities depending on your goals and background, including:

  • CBT
  • DBT
  • Motivational Interviewing
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
  • Play therapy
  • Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
  • Trauma-Focused CBT
